Reporting a problem
A few details make a bug much easier to reproduce:
- Your browser and version, and your device or operating system.
- The printer profile and material you selected, and any settings you changed.
- The size of the model (file size and dimensions), and any message shown on screen.
- What you expected to happen instead.
Your model never reaches us when you slice, so please don't attach it unless we ask. If we need to reproduce an issue we will say so, and you decide whether to share it.
Good to know
- We can help with problems using this site. We can't diagnose a failed print or tune a specific printer remotely, since that depends on hardware we can't see.
- Many common questions, such as infill, supports and bed fit, are answered in the FAQ.
